Official Operating Addendum v1.1 — Active and Enforceable.

This addendum applies when you use Solo Mode (First-Party Verification): you are both the commissioning client and the independent Verifier for the same capture. You need an active Pro subscription and a Client Master Service Agreement on the linked Client profile. The Verifier Independent Contractor Agreement, Mobile App EULA (and Auditor EULA if you use Desktop Auditor), and the Global Privacy Policy still apply.

By using Solo Mode you agree to this addendum. Solo Quote checkout records the Launch Phase notice and requires the Client MSA already on file. Checkout does not record a separate acceptance row for this addendum.

Verified Reality provides tamper-evident authentication infrastructure. A Truth Packet combines capture-time authentication, cryptographic sealing, and an auditable chain of custody that authorized recipients can re-verify.

The service does not sell truth, court use, liability protection, insurance, or legally perfected ownership of everything depicted. It is designed to support authentication and chain-of-custody review. Admissibility and evidentiary weight are determined by the applicable court, insurer, or decision-maker. It is not legal advice.

Solo Mode is billed as a wholesale infrastructure fee at the HQ-configured Solo pay rate for that Standard or Enterprise tier. Retail markup you charge your own private clients is yours. Earnings from any later licensing are not guaranteed.

PRNU analysis may associate media with a camera sensor. It does not bind a human operator’s identity to that sensor and is not a biometric identifier of a person.

C2PA credentials are attached only on supported capture and device paths. The platform does not warrant C2PA on every capture.

A matching hash shows the bytes match a prior reference. It does not prove the depicted scene was honest, unstaged, complete, or usable as evidence. Later changes to sealed bytes can be detected through integrity checks. Authorized recipients can re-verify authenticity or provenance when it is disputed.

Automated reports (including Axel, Stella, and Desktop Auditor outputs) are technical integrity checks and structured forensic triage. They are not expert opinions, legal advice, insurance determinations, damage-causation findings, or guarantees of how a decision-maker will treat the file.

Active marketplace Verifier and Command Centre coverage today is southwestern Ontario (London). Solo Mode is self-directed capture by you as client of record; it does not by itself create worldwide dispatch coverage.

Bizbio maintains limited key-escrow and recovery so you can recover access, support can function, and Bizbio can produce records it is technically able to decrypt when lawfully compelled. Bizbio is not a no-keys custodian.

Retention follows the storage path and plan you select (including Pro vault, optional 48-hour download, and optional Arweave public-hash anchoring), plus legal holds — not a universal legally mandated seven-year period for every Truth Packet. A tombstone (UI unavailability) is not the legal equivalent of deletion.

Optional Arweave anchoring is a technical permanence of a hash Bizbio cannot pull back once written. It is not a contractual waiver of privacy rights in company-held personal information.

If you select Sovereign Dark Mode, that job is scoped so cloud backup, platform audit, licensing, and blockchain storage are not created. Checkout states what leaves the device (for example a cryptographic hash) versus what stays local (for example the media archive).

As client of record on a Solo Mode capture, contractual rights in the capture file and Truth Packet are yours as described in the applicable agreement. Underlying copyright, privacy, property, trademark, and personality rights in the subject matter remain separate. Sealing does not transfer those underlying rights to you.

The Verified Reality Exchange is launching. Eligible assets may be offered for non-exclusive licensing if and when that path is in force and you opt in. Demand, value, frequency of sales, and earnings are not guaranteed. This addendum does not grant a present-tense marketplace, a guaranteed annuity, or a bulk AI-training licence.

If this addendum conflicts with the Client MSA on a Solo Mode matter — including any no-keys custody warranty, a universal seven-year retention mandate, a present-tense Exchange or guaranteed-earnings clause, or a warranty that the depicted scene is true or will be accepted as evidence — this addendum controls for that Solo Mode capture. Otherwise the Client MSA, Verifier ICA, applicable EULAs, and Global Privacy Policy remain in force.
