### STATEMENT OF ATTESTATION
I, the registered Independent Reality Verifier executing this capture session via the Verified Reality App ("VRA"), hereby solemnly attest and declare under contractual liability that:
1. Physical Presence & Telemetry: To the best of my knowledge and belief, I was physically present at the geocoordinates, date, and time recorded by the VRA device telemetry during this capture session.
2. Unfiltered & Raw Capture: The visual and auditory media captured during this session was recorded natively through the hardware sensors of my registered device without the application of external computational lenses, generative AI filters, deepfake manipulation tools, or post-capture pixel modifications.
3. No Environmental Tampering: I have not knowingly staged, manipulated, or altered the immediate capture environment for the purpose of creating a deceptive or fraudulent record.
4. Independent Contractor Capacity: I execute this attestation as an independent contractor operating under the Verifier Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA v1.8). I am not an employee, agent, or partner of Bizbio Inc., nor am I a commissioned notary public, law enforcement officer, or licensed private investigator.

* Evidentiary Weight: The legal admissibility and evidentiary weight of this record are determined exclusively by the applicable court, tribunal, or decision-maker.
* No Earnings Warranty: This attestation creates a tamper-evident record within the Sovereign Vault. It does not guarantee secondary sales, buyer demand, or future royalty distributions.
Digitally signed and cryptographically bound via the VRA Hardware Enclave at the moment of capture.
