What it means
The pictures and video can be checked.
Photography and video on a marked site are either ordinary stock, or they can be backed by a Verified Reality Truth Packet — a sealed record made at the moment of capture.

The site mark
When a website displays the Verified Reality mark, it is saying the photography and video on that site can be backed by a Truth Packet, or they are ordinary stock. Same family as a chamber seal — a standard the publisher is willing to put on the page — except it speaks to the media, not the company name.
What it means
Photography and video on a marked site are either ordinary stock, or they can be backed by a Verified Reality Truth Packet — a sealed record made at the moment of capture.
What it is not
The mark does not score products, service, or the company name. It is not a star rating, a customer-review seal, or a finding in a dispute.
How you check
Anyone who holds the Truth Packet can re-check it in the free Desktop Auditor, on their own machine, without taking the publisher’s word for it.
We place it with publishers who hold the same rule: every picture is stock, or it was shot or secured with Verified Reality. The emblem is not a logo to copy onto a page.
To inspect a packet yourself, use the Desktop Auditor. The mark is not legal advice, and it is not a finding about a dispute.
