Introduction, Onboarding, and Creating Missions
Overview
Welcome to VRA Command. The Client Portal is your secure, authenticated web home for managing your relationship with Bizbio Inc. and commissioning Verified Reality missions.
Designed with a mobile-first philosophy, the Client Portal allows organizations and individuals to commission new verification missions via the Quote flow, configure default mission preferences, and track active and completed missions. Through this portal, clients also access Truth Packets (encrypted evidence archives), view forensic ledgers, and manage profile settings, branding, and Pro subscriptions.
Access and Registration
Secure Sign-In (Existing Clients) VRA utilizes a secure, passwordless magic link system for authentication.
Navigate to the login page at
/client/portal/login.Enter your registered email address and complete the Cloudflare Turnstile security check.
If an account exists, a one-time magic link is immediately emailed to you.
Clicking the link securely authenticates your session and redirects you to your dashboard.
Links are time-limited. Invalid or expired links will display an error message requesting you to generate a new link.
New Client Registration & Legal Onboarding New clients must complete a strict onboarding process to ensure legal compliance before full portal access is granted.
Create or resume an account at
/register/client. Authentication utilizes the same magic link system as login. Before accessing portal features, you must review and accept the Client Audit Terms and the Master Services Agreement (MSA) via the consent panel.
Once accepted, you are redirected to the portal dashboard with full access.
Account States
Suspended: If an account is suspended, access to deep portal actions (such as campaign reviews) is blocked, and you are redirected to the main dashboard.
Verifier Bridge: If your session originates from a linked verifier account, quote preference panels are hidden, though you maintain access to history and dossiers.
Your Dashboard
The dashboard is the central command center for your client relationship.
At-a-Glance Stats Four dynamic tiles provide immediate insight into your account.
Total Jobs: The total count of all mission sessions on your account.
Active Subscription: Your current Pro status, displayed as Active or Inactive.
Next Payment: The estimated date and amount of your next charge. This includes your subscription and PAYG vault overage hints where applicable. Pricing is dynamic based on current global configurations.
Secure Vault Usage: Your total stored bytes, with subtext indicating your included storage allowance versus your PAYG (Pay-As-You-Go) status.
Alerts and Notifications Conditional banners appear on the dashboard to highlight required actions.
Welcome Banner: Shown immediately after successful registration.
Secure Vault Download Window: For non-Pro clients, a time-limited window warns when Truth Packets must be downloaded before they move to cold archive.
Vault Almost Full: Triggered when usage exceeds dynamic thresholds (such as 85% of included storage), providing quick links to upgrade storage options.
Configuring Your Missions
Before opening the public quote flow, you should configure your default commissioning preferences directly on the dashboard within the "Get a Quote — Options" panel. These preferences persist for future missions.
Preference Controls
VRA Referral Code: Enter a code to resolve and select a specific verifier via the VRA registry.
Choose Favorite Verifier: Select from a list of professionals who have successfully completed missions for you in the past. You can view their ID-card profile modal here.
Weight Verifier Competency: Select required disciplines from the verifier specialty registry, such as Field Specialist, Investigator, Videographer, or Improviser. Non-client-facing roles like Network Builder or Solo Operator are excluded from this picker.
Exclude Verifiers: Multi-select from past verifiers to exclude them from routing. A designated "Favorite" verifier cannot be simultaneously excluded.
The Quoting Flow Once preferences are saved, they are passed as parameters to the public B2B quoting flow.
Clicking "Continue to Quote" opens the
/quoteinterface.This flow handles detailed mission parameters including locations, dynamic pricing based on current global configuration, payment, and dispatch.
Following successful checkout, you receive an in-flight mission receipt (
/quote/receipt/[jobId]) while the mission moves from pending to review.
Settings — Profile, Branding, and API
Your Profile Manage your personal and organizational identity details, including your First and Last name, Organization name, Phone number, and Full postal address.
Branding Configure how your organization appears on client-facing outputs generated by VRA. You can update your Business name, Organization slogan, Website URL, and upload a Logo (file limits are enforced server-side).
Developer / Headless API For enterprise integration, qualified clients can manage Bearer API keys for /api/v1 integrations. This panel allows you to generate, name, list, and revoke keys. Account suspension blocks all API key operations.
Account Lifecycle
Cancel Pro: Subscription cancellations are scheduled for the end of the current Stripe billing cycle, and your access remains active until that date.
Close Account: A confirmation modal is required to post a formal request to close the account.
