Bizbio Inc. operates the Verified Reality App ("VRA") platform as a software-enabled independent contractor dispatch network connecting B2B data demand with independent, technical Reality Verifiers.
This disclosure outlines the compensation structure, referral incentives, and earnings realities for independent contractors operating on our platform, in full alignment with Canadian advertising standards and the Competition Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-34).

### 1. Primary Mission Payouts
* Gross Field Payout: Independent Reality Verifiers receive a direct service fee calculated historically at approximately 50% of the net primary mission gross fee (cleared of credit card processing overhead).
* Transparent Pre-Acceptance: Payout amounts are displayed on the VRA Radar interface prior to mission claim. Verifiers maintain absolute autonomy to accept or decline any available assignment.
* Performance Earned: Fees clear to the Verifier's linked Stripe Connect account upon successful capture, hardware attestation, and completion of automated technical integrity checks.

### 2. Network Referral Program (Affiliate Overrides)
To encourage network growth and peer-to-peer technical onboarding assistance, Bizbio Inc. provides optional referral overrides:
* Level 1 (R1 Direct Referral): Approximately 5% of primary mission gross.
* Level 2 (R2 Indirect Referral): Approximately 5% of primary mission gross.
* Margin-Funded Protection: Referral overrides are paid strictly from Bizbio’s corporate platform margin (the 40% platform retention). Referral commissions are never deducted from the recruited Verifier’s payout.
* Primary Settlement Only: Referral overrides apply strictly to the initial upfront mission settlement. Overrides do not attach to downstream asset licensing or secondary marketplace distributions.
* Non-MLM Architecture: Bizbio is a software dispatch network, not a multi-level marketing company. Verifier earnings are derived from frontline technical field work, not multi-tiered recruitment schemes.

### 3. Quality Dividends & Technical Incentives
* Performance Bonuses: Platform settings may enable optional Quality Dividends (typically 5% of mission gross) awarded on verified 5-star client ratings or high-complexity technical captures.
* HQ Configuration: Quality Dividends are discretionary platform incentives configured in platform HQ settings and are not guaranteed baseline compensation.
