Can I post content created on Verified Reality to social media platforms?

Yes, absolutely. We love seeing our clients share their verified captures across public channels like YouTube, X, TikTok, and Meta. It builds your brand’s trust profile and shows the world your content is the real deal. However, because social media platforms operate under very specific copyright structures, there are a few platform guidelines you need to follow to keep your VRA account in good standing.

What happens to my legal rights when I upload VRA content to social media?

When you post a video or image to a standard social media network, you do not sign away your legal ownership. You still own your content.

However, by clicking "Upload," you do grant that platform a worldwide, royalty-free, and sub-licensable license to distribute, host, and run ads on your media for free. Because you are giving away a free license to a third-party tech platform, you must ensure it doesn’t violate your monetization setup inside the VRA Exchange.

How does this impact the 20% Bizbio Platform Fee?

Under your Client Master Services Agreement (MSA), Tier 2 Commercial Co-Op files are encumbered by a persistent platform covenant. This means that if the media is commercially exploited, Bizbio retains a 20% stake in the gross monetization loops.

If you post your VRA content to social media, the platform agreement remains fully active:

  • Organic Sharing: Posting clips for standard organic marketing, company updates, or portfolio exposure is completely permitted.

  • Programmatic Ad Revenue: If your uploaded VRA content goes viral and triggers programmatic ad payouts, creator funds, or direct channel sponsorships on that social network, Bizbio's contractually protected 20% split applies to those earnings. You are responsible for accounting for those payouts within the VRA Command Center.

The Golden Rule: Keep the Watermark Intact

Because social media compression algorithms automatically strip out the embedded cryptographic data files and digital wax seals, third parties viewing your video on social networks cannot see the backend math.

To maintain your license validity on public networks, you must ensure the visual VRA watermark layer remains completely un-edited and visible on-screen:

Standard Attribution Requirement

All public distributions must display our native credit:

“Reality verified via VRA protocol by [Your Name/Company Name].”

Removing, masking, or cropping out this attribution watermark breaks the terms of your commercial license and lowers the asset's verified standing inside our system logs.
