Verified Reality operates purely as a neutral technology infrastructure. We provide the forensic software, the sensor telemetry, and the marketplace ledger, but the Verifiers utilizing our network are independent contractors. In the same way you would not contact the electric grid operator if an independent electrician performed poorly at your business, our HQ support team does not manage, mediate, or reprimand individual Verifiers.

If a Verifier fails to meet your expectations or executes a mission poorly, your immediate and most effective remedy is built directly into your dashboard. By leaving a low rating (which mathematically demotes them in the network) and adding them to your exclusion list, you immediately block that Verifier from claiming or being dispatched to any of your future missions, while simultaneously warning the rest of the market. You can then simply dispatch the mission back to the Radar for a better contractor. We have put the power of quality control entirely in your hands, ensuring the market self-corrects based on your standards. 1. Managing Missions & Unresponsive Verifiers

We provide you with strict, self-serve tools to manage your missions and ensure your requests don't stall.

The Cancel & Refund Window: You can cancel and refund your mission at any time while it is on the open market, and up to 2 hours after a Verifier claims it.
The 12-Hour Force Release: If 12 hours pass after a claim and the Verifier still has not started the job, your dashboard will unlock the Force Release & Exclude button.
How it Works: Clicking this button keeps your escrow perfectly intact, immediately puts the job back on the open market for another Verifier, and automatically adds the original Verifier to your exclusion list so they cannot claim your future contracts. If you ever change your mind or resolve the issue with the Verifier, you can manually remove them from your exclusion list at any time.
The "In Progress" Lock: Once a Verifier officially taps "Start Mission" on their device to begin the work, the Force Release option is disabled to ensure the contractor has a secure environment to complete your capture.

2. Market-Driven Quality: The Rating System

As a neutral marketplace, Bizbio does not employ or manually manage Verifiers. Instead, we rely entirely on client feedback to calibrate the network. Your ratings dictate a Verifier's progression, providing you with the assurance that only the most consistent, highest-performing contractors earn access to premium missions.

Mandatory Failure Codes: If a Verifier fails to meet the standards of the mission and you need to leave a 1- or 2-star rating, you must select a specific failure reason from a dropdown menu (e.g., "Failed arrival protocol", "Incomplete checklist"). If you select "Other," you are required to type a brief explanation.
Network Accountability: Providing this objective feedback directly fuels the system. It helps the entire client ecosystem by holding Verifiers mathematically accountable to the free market for their field execution.

3. Enterprise Tier 2: The Experience Premium

For your highest-stakes captures, the Enterprise Tier 2 upgrade acts as your ultimate tool for maximizing reliability and quality.

Exclusive Routing: When you pay the Enterprise Premium, your mission bypasses the general market. Only credentialed Tier 2 Verifiers are authorized to see and claim these dispatches.
Proven Track Record: To reach Tier 2, a Verifier must have successfully completed a minimum of 25 missions while surviving the rigorous rating system described above. This means they have successfully navigated the learning curve of Tier 1 and proven their consistency in the field.
What You Are Paying For: The forensic capture technology remains exactly the same whether a mission is standard or Enterprise. The Enterprise Premium guarantees the experience of the contractor—ensuring that a seasoned, highly vetted professional is the one executing your mission.
Regional Availability: Because Tier 2 status must be earned through real-world execution, the Enterprise upgrade depends on the maturity of the local network. In newly supported areas, this option may be temporarily unavailable until the local Verifier pool completes enough missions to reach the credentialed Tier 2 threshold. This ensures we never compromise on the experience level you are paying for.
